Tis the season...for proposal videos!

It's a wonderful time of the year.  Now that I have that song stuck in your head, let me explain what I mean.  It's proposal season!  Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day.  This time of year, we are seeing many guys asking their loved ones to be together forever!

When John was going to propose to me at dinner 15 years ago (wow), he forgot his wallet and I had to pay.  I still said yes so it all worked out just fine. But there are other ways....

Some guys get down on one knee, some like CJ (in this video) go a little over the top.  And yes I think he probably makes other guys look bad.

CJ came to John with an idea of how he wanted to ask Chloe to marry him.  He wrote a song and enlisted the family's help in this cute and creative proposal video.  After Chloe watched it, she,  of course, said YES!

"It’s a beginning and an ending, it’s glorious and sad, and it’s intimate and public.  In your lifetime there will be few milestones that will change the course of your future more than your wedding day. We bring these emotions to our art and look forward to presenting you a glimpse into your own past." - John Deaver, Main Street Productions

It never gets old...

Every time we deliver a video to a client, we sit on pins and needles waiting.  Waiting for that call, email, or text, hoping that they loved every moment of it!

We want to make our couples relive their day, cry and laugh at the same time, and remember how much love they felt on their wedding day.

A great wedding video can do that for you. Don't settle for just someone standing in the back capturing only what walks in front of their camera.  Just hire the person that will make you truly feel the love, the anticipation and the fun, crazy moments of your wedding day.  That is a video you will want to watch over and over again.

New Website!

So apparently John thought our old website looked dated.  Then Chris chimed in that he hated the picture frame around the front page video.  I was outnumbered and had to do something about it.  So introducing our new (and improved) website!

We took off most of the "stuff" - no magazine behind the scenes videos, no venue information, nothing.  It is just the basic information you need - who we are, what we do and how you can contact us.

We hope you like it!

Taylor and Thomas | Bridgestreet Gallery & Loft | Alabama Wedding Video

We first met the Neel family a few years ago when their daughter, Caroline, was marrying James in a heartfelt ceremony at Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, AL.  Read post here.

Of course we were honored to be able to join the family once again for Caroline's brother, Thomas to marry his true love, Taylor.  It was like a little reunion to see everyone again and to meet Taylor's wonderful family as well.

So together with Alisha Crossley Photography, we had a fun day of capturing and preserving priceless memories, first at Bluff Park UMC for the wedding ceremony and then at Bridge Street Gallery for the wedding reception.  Beautiful flowers were arranged by Pink Pear Florist, yummy food by Happy Catering and wedding cakes by Dreamcakes.

Watch the wedding day highlights for glimpse into their future.

Stephanie and Matt | The Wynfrey Hotel | Birmingham Wedding Video

You couldn't have asked for a more perfect day with the ceremony and wedding reception at the newly renovated Wynfrey Hotel/Hyatt Regency.  Stephanie and her mom had teamed up with Alene Gamel of I Do, I Do Wedding Planning and created a beautiful and heartfelt wedding day with a traditional Jewish wedding ceremony.  (Not to mention, I think they chose pretty great teams of photographers and videographers too!) You can read Alene's recap of the wedding here.  Plus you will get to see all of the beautiful photos by Reichmann Photography.  The flowers by Leah Hazard were gorgeous!  And the centerpieces she created were truly breathtaking.

Megan & Joel | Prince of Peace | Birmingham Wedding Video

When Megan's mom bragged about her beautiful and talented daughter, as all moms do, I really didn't think much about it.  Obviously I could tell how proud she was.  But then when I met Megan, I understood!  She is a beautiful and successful woman and we all had so much fun on her wedding day.  And Joel is just the perfect guy for her.  Enjoy their wedding day highlights from Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Hoover, AL and a reception at The Club.
