Who We Are

We say that we are a creative collaboration.  A better term would be a family, well, dysfunctional family.  ha! We are coming up on 18 years of filming weddings.  That's a lot of weddings.   Our reputation is extremely important to us because it tells us that we are doing a great job for our families.

A quick introduction:

I'm Angela, the bride enthusiast.  What does that mean?  Who really knows?  I co-own the business; we can make up any titles we want. It fits though - I love to talk with brides about their wedding!  (And I'm enthusiastic about using exclamation points!)  I handle all of the behind the scenes for the guys.  Emails, blogs, social media...I feel like there is more to my job than just those three things for as busy as I am.  My favorite job is being mom to our 14-year-old son, Will.  I'm also a fur mom to our rescued pups, Gracie Mae and Dr. Oliver. (You can just call them Gracie and Ollie.)  Gracie wants to play "ball" three hours a day and I'm not even kidding.  Ollie just likes to antagonize her.   This year we added a kitten to the mix. Her name is Nala. She’s very cute.

Well-known fact: I will click on almost every video that Ellen shares...

This perfectly sums up our relationship. Will is an only child so naturally he thinks he is part of John and I's relationship. They fight over me... :)

The handsome guy trying to kiss me in the above picture is my college sweetheart, John.  He's pretty awesome.  He's super creative and caring and such a hard worker and provider for our family. We joke that he has a degree in VCR programming so he knows all of the ends and outs of video.  Others in the Birmingham video world are always calling him for technical questions.

John travels a good bit for our other brand, Cinepear, so he is not usually at many weddings.

We couldn’t do this without the help of some super creative folks. The guys love to create stories from wedding days. I think it takes a special person to blend in with a new family each week. It’s how they capture so many wonderful memories of the wedding.

There are various others at any given time - interns, assistants, second shooters, editors, but we are the core that keeps things running like a well-oiled machine.

I watch my video at least once a day, safe to say I am obsessed. They are the best vendor to use for your special day!!!

I highly recommend booking Main Street Productions for your wedding! They were so nice and easy to work with... We received it (our video) yesterday and have watched it 100 times already. I know we will watch it many times to come and so happy we decided to have our wedding on video. It is worth every penny!

Chris along with the entire Main Street Productions team did an EXCELLENT job capturing our special day! When I received my short 7 minute video back, it instantly brought back the excitement I felt on my wedding day! They were easy to contact, and if I ever had any questions, I knew I could call on Angela to answer it. The best decision I could have made was hiring a videographer! Since I made this choice, I am able to look back on my wedding a relieve it as much as I would like!
