Sarah and her mom put together a solid wedding team and that truly makes a difference. Invision Events executed the wedding perfectly! From the touching ceremony through the fun wedding reception, it really was a beautiful day!

Emily and Randall | American Village

I always ask our couples how they met. It's part of the process in getting to know them AND I am always curious.  We have some couples that met in school, some through mutual friends and a rising number that met online. Occasionally people are shy about the fact that they met online, but they have no reason to be.  It is so cool!  Emily and Randall are just perfect for each other!

They wanted a fun, but classy wedding with lots of dancing while NOT serving alcohol.  As you watch their film you will see that they got the wedding of their dreams!  I had no idea that Emily was going to break it down as much as she did!!!

A Birmingham Multi-Cultural Wedding | Ross Bridge

If you know me at all, you know I love Ross Bridge.  I love it for weddings, for playtime by the pool, even for the breakfast brunch!  Add to that a very sweet bride and her loving parents and it was an event I did not want to miss.

It was one of those meetings where I fell in love. I try not to let this happen, but it does.  I was so happy that they chose us for the wedding because that meant I could spend more time with them!  Sure, Saman is beautiful, very intelligent and so wonderful to be around.  Did you know that she actually had marriage proposals from around the world!!!!  But she chose to marry for love, a MIT professor (or was it Harvard???  Doesn't matter, he's smart, cute, nice and compliments her so well) who swept her off her feet.

Just watch the video to see his reaction to seeing her for the 1st look!

Amanda + Hurell: South Highland/Rucker Place

Rain, rain go away!  It is a good thing that it is considered good luck if it rains on your wedding day!

Under the amazing direction of Ms. Alene Gamel, I Do, I Do!, and surrounded by all of their family and friends, Amanda and Hurell were joined together in matrimony at the beautiful South Highland Presbyterian Church.  Afterwards, the guests traveled the short distance to the Historic Rucker Place for the reception.  Arden Ward did an amazing job on the photography. I can't wait to see the pictures!

It was a packed house for the reception.  It was beautifully decorated - simple, but elegant!  The Rucker Place is naturally so beautiful anyway and throw in a beautiful bride and it is just spectacular!

I hope the couple had a relaxing time at the beach!  No one ever invites the videographer...

Other vendors for this included Olexa's, Dorothy McDaniel's Flower Market, Coconut Cowboys, and Vintage Autos.
