Blog Index

We have tried to design our blog for our fans, friends, and family to keep up with what we are doing each week.  It is also a good way to get to know us.  Or maybe just a way that I (Angela) can talk up a storm without John getting annoyed.  We will see...

Also included are the Insider's Tips, which started out as a challenge to post one tip per week for an entire year.  We hope that you will find that they are not just the normal information you find out there in wedding world, but more unusual tips that can only be found when you live on the inside.  Ha!  Really, we just attend a lot of weddings.

Help Us!

Sure, this might be a shameless way to get people to watch our link, but we really want your help!  We are trying to see how many views we can get on our youtube clip.  WE WANT IT TO GO VIRAL!  Wouldn't it be neat to wind up on the Today Show talking about our hilarious clip from last summer's wedding.

"Bridesmaid Jill" is a 2-minute clip from Adrienne and Luke's wedding at the North River Yacht Club.  Super T asked the bridal party to come on stage where he would then introduce them one at a time.  None of us were expecting Jill to break loose like she did.

Please watch it and then share with your friends!  I don't know how many views we have to have before it starts to circulate itself.  Just copy the clip and paste it in your browser.  Thanks in advance!

Tidwell-Remmert Going Away

I don't think I have ever posted a Going Away segment for a honeymoon clip.  Well, the wait is over!  Adrienne and Luke were married at the beautiful Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Tuscaloosa, AL.  Simply gorgeous!  It almost seemed that the church was built for a wedding.  During the getting ready coverage in the brides room, I actually commented on that fact, and when placing cameras for the ceremony, we discovered that there was a little alcove just for videographers to put a camera at the front of the chapel!  So neat!!!

An entertaining reception followed at the North River Yacht Club.  The guests danced and danced and danced!  You could tell that everyone was having a great time.  It was definitely a full-filled day!  We were able to get some amazing footage that we can't wait to start editing.  It will take a while, but it will be worth it!
This footage below was taken from the going away segment of the evening.  A little slo-mo action on the part of the camera, but it made for a great effect!  You can practically see the details in the roses being thrown!  (I hope the compression for the internet doesn't take away from that...)
